By placing an order, you warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to submit binding contracts.
Orders may only be placed to purchase goods without resale. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to be able to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by any customer with whom there may be any difference /controversy in previous orders, or where there are reasonable doubts that may make us believe that the customer is violating any of the specified conditions of purchase or is participating in any criminal activity. Conditions of sale for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- The charges of IGIC (Local Tax) and Customs are not included in the order total, therefore they will not be reflected on the invoice. These expenses must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery of the order.
- Orders for delivery in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not carry VAT. In case the amount is reflected in your order confirmation, it will not be included in the invoice.

The prices shown on this website correspond to the Retail Prices. However, it should be borne in mind that, depending on the Autonomous Community, taxes may vary in accordance with their own rules, thereby varying the final offered price.
The commercial network is at your disposal to inform you in detail of all the product and service data contained in this website as well as to provide you with more accurate information according to your needs and preferences.

It is essential that you provide all the information that we classify as mandatory.

We will establish all reasonable mechanisms at our disposal to ensure that your personal data is kept securely at all times. However, you agree that no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as secure against unauthorized recipient access and you will not be liable to us for any security failure unless it is because of our negligence.

2. Conditions applicable to orders.

You can only place your orders from the website.
2.1 Purchase procedure.
You can browse the website until you find the desired item. Once located, clicking on it will access all the detail information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.
If you are placing an order for the first time with us, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and password with which you can create and access your account.
In the case of a registered user and an active account, you must enter your email and password and the system will recognize your data.
Once you are in your account you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order.
2.2 Order confirmation.
The order will not be accepted by Endevor until the amount has been charged to the customer's account and the company has verified and accepted it. After confirming the purchase, an e-mail will be sent as an acknowledgement of receipt.
Once the order has been checked and accepted, the customer will receive an e-mail informing them that the order is being shipped.
At that time the contract between Endevor and the client will be concluded.
2.3 Deliveries: deadlines and problems.
There are two delivery methods:
- Pick-up from our warehouse: Endevor Online will send an email to the customer when their order has been prepared and is ready to be delivered indicating the pick-up times.
- Shipping by transport agency: For more information, please visit here.
If at the time of delivery the packaging of the order is damaged, the package must be opened in the presence of the logistics operator to check the condition of the items. If damage is observed the customer must detail them on the delivery note and contact our Customer Service (email@example.com). We will repair or replace at no cost to the affected person all items that have been damaged or lost during transport, provided that incident is notified within 24 hours of receipt.
In the unique case that it is not possible to repair or replace with another, you will be refunded the amount of the items damaged or lost during shipping.

4. Right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days of the day indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

You can use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
You also have the possibility to exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer area on the website. To do this, access your order by the customer area, select the goods to return and ask us for their return. If you use this option, we will promptly notify you by email of receipt of such withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from your decision of this contract.
We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to EndevorOnline, Gustavo Gasco Saldaña, c/ Baños 2, 50770 Quinto, Zaragoza (Spain), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the end of the period.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
