1. Preliminary provisions.
These purchase conditions are applicable to all sales of items and services that have been made through the website www.endevoronline.com .
By placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Orders can only be made to acquire merchandise without resale intention. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by a customer with which there may be a difference / controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the customer you are violating any of the specified purchase conditions or you are participating in some criminal activity. Sales conditions for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- The expenses of IGIC (local tax) and Customs are not included in the total of the order, therefore, they will not appear reflected in the invoice. These expenses must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery of the order.
- Orders for delivery in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not carry VAT. If the amount is reflected in your order confirmation, it will not be included in the invoice.

2. Conditions applicable to orders.

You can only place your orders from the website.
2.1 Purchase procedure.
You will be able to browse the website until you find the desired item. Once located, clicking on it will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.
If you are placing an order with us for the first time, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password with which you can create and access your account.
In the case of a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email and password and the system will recognize your data.
Once you are in your account you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order.
2.2 Confirmation of the order.
The order will not be accepted by Endevor until the amount has been charged to the customer's account and the company has verified and accepted it. After confirming the purchase, an e-mail will be sent as an acknowledgment of receipt.
Once the order has been checked and accepted by the company, the customer will receive an e-mail informing him that the order is being shipped.
At that time the contract between Endevor and the customer will be formalized.
2.3 Deliveries: deadlines and problems.
There are two delivery methods:
- Collection from our warehouse: Endevor Online will send an email to the customer when their order has been prepared and is ready to be delivered indicating the collection times.
- Shipping by transport agency: For more information access here.
If at the time of delivery the order packaging is damaged, the package must be opened in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the condition of the items. If damages are observed, the client must detail them on the delivery note and contact our Customer Service ( email@example.com ). We will repair or replace at no cost to the affected party all those items that have been damaged or lost during transport, provided that such incident is notified within 24 hours of receipt.
In the singular case that it is not possible to repair or replace with another, the amount of the items damaged or lost during shipping will be refunded.
