We indicate below the general conditions and purchase of EndevorOnline . The use of this website implies its acceptance.

Prices and products

  • Product prices may change without prior notice. EndevorOnline will keep the prices of the orders placed whose payment was pending, for a period of 3 days from the date of the order.
  • Offers are valid as long as they appear on the web
  • The customer may request a special price for additional purchase volume to the discounts already indicated, for which he will have to contact us.
  • The availability of the products may change without prior notice.

Guarantees / returns

The most important thing for EndevorOnline is that the customer is always satisfied with their purchase.

Shipping

The delivery time for each order is set from the moment the order begins to be processed, that is, from receipt of payment.

Therefore, in transfer payments the order begins to be processed when the income is verified in our bank account.

Orders placed until 3pm will be shipped for the same day if they are items with immediate availability (indicated on each product individually).

Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days).

Delivery will be made through a logistics operator during normal business hours at the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

Products and delivery times expressed in days are always understood as "business days".

Shipping guarantees

For greater satisfaction and guarantee of our shipments, we have an external certification body to ensure the absolute guarantee of our products.

We guarantee that the order will arrive in perfect condition (those described on the web) at its destination. If this does not happen, we will exchange the damaged products at no cost to you. For this, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be indicated in the observations section of the delivery document of the carrier.

It is also essential that you inform EndevorOnline of the incident within a maximum period of 48 hours by sending an email to web@endevoronline.com gathering a photo of the state of the packaging and merchandise.

In the shipment requested by Correos it will arrive at your home by the postman, in the same conditions as a normal letter. This implies that no particular delivery schedules or particularities can be required in the delivery and that the indicated address must be rigorously correct. If you are absent for delivery, you can pick up your package at your nearest post office.

The expenses generated by the merchandise returns due to inaccuracies in the data communicated or lack of collection of the merchandise will be entirely paid by the client.

The delivery period of 24 / 48h indicated in the articles is only valid for shipments by express courier and if the order is completely made up of articles with immediate availability.

For products marked with a higher availability, the delivery term of the product with the longest term will be taken into account and all merchandise will be delivered jointly by the contracted transport service unless the client wishes to pay for the additional freight generated. For products whose availability is not immediate, you will have to add to the availability period individually marked on each product, the delivery time of the chosen form of transport.

Shipments whose address is a post office box can only be made by Correos.

For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Portuguese islands, only mail delivery is accepted as a form of shipping and merchandise can only be ordered in such a way that the complete shipment does not exceed 20kg or a meter in length, width or height. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any customs costs or local taxes and fees associated with the shipment.

Receipt of the order

The customer is reminded of the obligation, at the time of receiving the order, to check all the products and notify them within 24 hours of any anomaly that they observe. In the event that the damage is due to transport, the incidence observed at the time of receipt must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier.

It is also recalled that shipments outside the EU are subject to customs procedures that may entail additional costs entirely at the customer's expense.

Tips

* You can receive the order at a different address than the one that appears in your account. This is ideal if you want to receive the order at your workplace, your vacation home or if you want to send a gift to a friend. In this case, indicate the delivery address in the "delivery address" section and your address in "billing address"

* If you have problems receiving the order on a specific day or at any time, please indicate it in the comments space when placing the order and we will do everything possible so that you can receive the order without problems.

* Please note that packages sent by Post are usually delivered by your regular postman. It is not a transport agency, and therefore they can neither call before delivering, nor deliver at a specific time of day. However, in case of absence, they will leave you a notice of passage so you can go to pick up your order at your post office.

* Deliveries by agency are made during business hours and an interval of at least 2 hours is needed to be able to make them. Therefore, do not request that it be delivered at lunchtime, at night, or "3.30 to 4.00 pm". Deliveries are generally made from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

* The indications indicated in albarápor clients are respected whenever possible, but are not binding. The delivery schedule is adjusted to the route of the carrier, who will respect the requested schedule as far as possible.

Shipping locator

As soon as your order is shipped, either by courier or by mail, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the goods being shipped and indicating the shipping locator number.

It is therefore very important that the e-mail you indicate when placing your order is correct, as it will be our way of communicating with you!

With the shipping locator you can enter the website of the transport agency to follow the package in real time.

If you have any incidence with the delivery of your package, find the branch that corresponds to your delivery address and contact them to arrange a new delivery or request a delivery at a specific time.
