TMK lock set type B Diameter 12mm zinc steel / nickel-plated 615 582 12

Material: steel, with corrosion protection (nickel-plated inner bush and nut, zinc-plated outer bushing).

• To fix a hub (p. . e.g. drive wheel, rotor or similar) on an axle.
• For middle pairs.
• Chuck.
• With a second hexagon to hold while tightening the nut.
• Axial displacement during assembly (can be compensated by correct positioning).

Assembly
It is essential to degrease the shaft and hub. There should be little oil only between the two hexagons. The locking assembly must not come into contact with any fixed components. Hold the rear hexagon with a thin, open-ended wrench and tighten the front hexagon with a clockwise torque wrench to TA torque according to the table.   

Disassembly
Hold the rear hexagon with a thin, open-ended wrench and loosen the front hexagon counterclockwise, until the inner bush has moved a few millimeters away from the outer bush.
