FRONIUS TRANSPOCKET 180/EF WELDER 4,075,213
WELDING MACHINE MMA-TIG TRANSPOCKET 180 4075213 FRONIUS
With the new welding equipment TransPocket 180 from FRONIUS offers a high degree of flexibility.
With the PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology integrated in the new TransPocket 180 of FRONIUS can be used up to 100 meters in length of cable to the electric current, without almost losing welding power, which makes it possible to work in remote places or difficult connection to the electrical network.
Now, with its 7-segment display, with a more intuitive operation, being able to consult more quickly the configured parameters and change them according to the needs of the welding.
The screen is slightly tilted, so that it is better displayed when you are working, and thus better protected from possible damage.
The configuration parameters are very simple to understand and greatly simplify our work.
The TransPocket 180 welding machine from FRONIUS, is available in 3 versions:
• only the machine without clamp or mass (ref. FRONIUS 4,075,213 M - ref. ENDEVOR 4075213M)
• Machine version MMA or Electrode, with mass and clamp (ref. FRONIUS 4,075,213 - ref. ENDEVOR 4075213A)
• TIG version machine, with mass and torch (ref. FRONIUS 4,075,215,850 - ref. ENDEVOR 4075215850) This option is a set that comes with: Ground cable 25mm2 3m, electrode holder 25mm2 4 meters, welding screen EASY, hammer chop slag, brush, TIG welding gloves, Torch Tig TTG2200A F/UD 4 meters, TMC (all in tool box -Tool case 85)

FUNCTIONS TransPocket 180 Welder:
• SOFTSTART
The SoftStart function. With this function it ensures us to maintain a stable arc at the beginning of the welding and is especially suitable for electrodes that are welded with a low welding current, such as basic electrodes.
• ANTI-STICK
The Anti-Stick function. With this function if a short circuit occurs that causes the electrode to stick during welding, the electronics cause the power source to turn off immediately. Thus preventing the electrode from burning.
• HOTSTART
The HotStart function. This function facilitates the moment of ignition of the electrode, with this function the current in the power source is increased for a fraction of a second during ignition. The HotStart function has been specially developed for welding with rutile and cellulosic electrodes.
•TAC
The TAC function. With this function only one point is needed for stapling, the pulsed voltaic arc sets the two fusion baths in motion, allows them to jump together in a short time to form a single bath. This function is great for welding thin sheets where we don't want filler material.
• TIG COMFORT STOP
The TIG Comfort Stop function. When we finish the welding bead, when there is a relevant change in the length of the voltaic arc, the power current is automatically turned off. This prevents the arc from being dilated when the TIG torch is removed from the workpiece to finish the welding process. The result is a better weld finish in the final crater area while gas protection is maintained.
