Usage features

SM-70 is a solid cable designed for welding in all positions by means of a short circuit type transfer. As the deposition efficiency is high and the penetration deep, highly efficient welding can be performed.

Applications

Extreme and angled welding of vehicles, buildings, warehouses, machinery and bridge.

Usage Notes

1. Use with CO2/Argon + 15~25% CO2 gas.
2. The amount of protection gas flow should be 25l/min. approximately.
3. Use wind against the wind screen.
4. Keep the distance between the tip and the base metal from 6~15mm for less than 250A, and 15~25mm for more than 250A of welding current.
